Jacob’s Well Elementary School students will once again reap the benefits of the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance Grant to enrich math and science instruction in their classrooms.
McGraw Oil Company and Kwik Chek Food Stores granted JWE $500 on January 27, 2020.
“We are thrilled and so grateful to receive the support from ExxonMobil as we continue to focus on the most innovative math and science curriculum for JWE students,” said Susan McDorman, JWE Assistant Principal.
This grant is part of a program that supports schools in communities served by ExxonMobil sites.
“ExxonMobil has a long history of providing support to schools. McGraw Oil Company and Kwik Chek Food Stores are happy to have the opportunity to invest in the future of our communities by supporting neighborhood schools,” said Keith Creswell, Kwik Chek Area Manager.
The funds will pay for additional educational materials for the campus science lab. JWE educates 728 students in 2nd- 5th grade.
