McAuliffe Heads to the RNC July 2016

SAN MARCOS, TX — July 1, 2016 — Brian McAuliffe will represent the Hays County GOP at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio, July 1821, 2016.

“We are proud to have Brian McAuliffe represent Hays County and Texas as a national delegate for the Republican Party,” said Russell Hayter, Hays County GOP Chairman. “Brian embodies the Republican ideals of strong ethics and servant leadership. He has served Hays County as a Precinct Chairman in Precinct 315 for several terms and also served as the Temporary Chair of our Senate District 25 Convention in 2016. He is a dedicated conservative leader and we are confident that Brian will diligently perform his duty as National Delegate.”

McAuliffe is a certified financial planner, skilled networker and influencer, and he donates his time to help others. Two of his accomplishments include being a certified Instructor of Human Love and Chastity, and he has been a volunteer juggler at Dell Children’s Hospital since 1992.

No stranger to politics and conservative ideals, McAuliffe has also been politically involved as a grassroots organizer and leader, an elected Precinct Chair, advisor for Donna Campbell’s Congressional and State Senate campaigns, and as a delegate to multiple Texas State Conventions. His representation this year at the Republican National Conference will be McAuliffe’s second time serving as a national delegate? he was an alternate in 2004 and a delegate in 2008.

A conservative Republican, McAuliffe has served as an officer of political groups, volunteered on committees, testified before the State Senate for the Defense of Marriage Amendment in 2005 and he has led numerous prolife committees and organizations.

“At least one political party has to stand up for truth and righteousness, and I want to make sure that the party platform stays true to its traditional conservative values,” said McAuliffe.

The hotly contested candidate nomination of Donald Trump for President makes this year’s convention one that is unlike any other in the recent history of the party, and it’s one that McAuliffe doesn’t want to miss.
