After going missing on December 12, 2021, Isabel Rocha has been found and returned to her family.

“Isabel has been found safe. We are truly grateful and appreciative to our community through all of this,” Rocha’s aunt, Diana Chagoya told Corridor News.

SAN MARCOS – San Marcos resident Isabel Danielle Rocha has been missing since Dec. 12, 2021.

According to a post circulating on Facebook, she was possibly last seen near the San Marcos Victory Gardens neighborhood or the Buda/Kyle area near Darcy Lane. Rocha may also have her two small schnauzer mix dogs, Michael and Razzi, with her.

The 22-year-old is described as being petite at 4’9 and 100 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. Her family says it is out of character to not hear from her.

The City of San Marcos confirmed the Police Department is looking into Rocha’s disappearance but could not provide additional information.

“We can confirm a report for Isabell Rocha was filed and San Marcos Police are looking into it,” the City of San Marcos said. “At this time, that is all the information we are able to provide.”

If anyone has seen or heard from Rocha since Dec. 12, they are asked to contact Patty Guerrero at 512-665-4974 or her grandmother Sandra Chagoya at 512-665-7183.

SMPD can be reached at 512-393-8081 or tips can be made to 512-353-8477.

This is an ongoing investigation, San Marcos Corridor News will provide updates as they are made available.

  • So how much taxpayer money was flushed by this twenty-two year old adult
who has now simply reappeared after imposing this grief upon her family ?

Without further explanation are we supposed to say, "Oh that doesn't matter so
long as she's okay now" ? Not saying she can't explain, however without that,
people lack reason to believe this is a genuine feel-good story.
