Residents and property owners within the project area are encouraged to attend the event.

The City of San Marcos Engineering Department will hold a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 29 at 6 p.m. at the San Marcos Senior Center, 810 Arizona, to discuss the next phase of improvements to the Victory Gardens Neighborhood.

Residents and property owners within the project area are encouraged to attend the event.

City Engineering staff and the project design consultants from Bain Medina Bain will discuss the next steps for the project and address any questions area residents may have. Exhibits of the proposed improvements will be displayed.

Bidding for the construction of the project is anticipated in December, with construction to start in early spring 2018.

  • Can the meeting start time be changed to 7:00 PM to allow more time for residents to have dinner with their families instead of rushing in and out of their homes?
