Neighborhood Meeting Set For Victory Gardens

Neighborhood Meeting on Victory Gardens Drainage Channel and Subdivision Improvements set for October 30

The City of San Marcos Engineering Department will hold a neighborhood meeting on Thursday, Oct. 30 at 6 p.m. at the Southside Community Center, 518 S. Guadalupe, to discuss the proposed improvements to the Victory Gardens Neighborhood and Willow Springs Creek drainage channel projects.

Residents and property owners within the project area are encouraged to attend the event.

Staff will report on the next steps for the project and address any questions citizens may have concerning the proposed improvements. Exhibits of the proposed improvements will be on display.

City of San Marcos Engineering staff and consultants from Bowman Consulting and Bain Medina Bain will host the meeting. Spanish translators will be available to assist anyone requiring language accommodations.
