New Medical Office Building To Welcome Physicians Network, MedFirst Primary Care

This week, Only Epic Holdings announced that MedFirst Primary Care, part of the BHS Physicians Network, the fourth largest employer in San Antonio, has taken 41% of the Hunter Professional Plaza.

The just completed class A 26,000 square foot building is located in the heart of rapidly growing San Marcos, TX and a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 21.

The project would not have occurred without the tremendous team efforts of Transwestern (Broker), LK Design Group (Architect), CEC Civil Engineering, and Sabre Commercial (General Contractor)” said Benjamin Kogut, Founder of Kogut Commercial Real Estate.

We are very proud to bring this beautiful Class A building to San Marcos.” said Jason Mittman, President and CEO of Only Epic Holdings. “The encouragement and market foresight of Adrianna Cruz of the Greater San Marcos Partnership as well as the regular feedback from the City of San Marcos was critical in this project moving forward.”

The brokerage, medical, professional, and community leadership have been invited to attend the open house and ribbon cutting ceremony to have a first look at the new development.

The two-story building is designed to provide affordable class A professional space without compromising high quality architecture and construction.

The high visibility property features ample parking, flexible floor plans, and customized build-outs.

Located at 151 Stagecoach Trail, Hunter Professional Plaza is in a booming trade area that grew more than 34 percent from 2010 to 2017 and boasts numerous residential and retail amenities with close access to IH-35.

The property has 16,000 square feet remaining for available for lease.

“This development has already attracted one of the leading medical providers in the region, BHS Physicians Network, which has leased 10,000 square feet to house its MedFirst Primary Care practice. Recognized by Forbes as America’s Next Great Metropolis, San Marcos is a great market to enter for any winning practice,” said Licia Shreves of Transwestern San Antonio.

Only Epic Holdings is a privately held real estate firm which invests, develops, and manages commercial real estate and has investments in Texas, Utah, Colorado, Ohio, Michigan, and Tennessee.
