New Tech Repair Company To Open In Kyle & San Marcos

Staff Reports

UBreakiFix, a tech repair brand, will open its first location in Hays County next Monday.

The company services “anything with a power button” including smartphones, game consoles, tablets, computers, drones, hoverboards and everything in between.

Founded in 2009, the company has completed more than 6.3 million repairs from common fixes to most technical support issues through its franchised locations.

There are 520 locations open across the U.S. and Canada. In 2018, nearly 130 new stores were opened.

“We chose to franchise with uBreakiFix because as technology advances, so should our ability to repair and maintain that technology,” Ryan Heitmann, co-owner of uBreakiFix Kyle, said. “At uBreakiFix, we believe that quality repair service can also be quick and affordable. We look forward to providing Kyle and the surrounding communities with convenient, professional tech repair service they can count on when the unexpected happens.”

The store will service the Kyle, Uhland, Buda and San Marcos areas at 5401 FM 1626 Suite 185 in Kyle. For more information and to view a service menu, visit https://ubreakifix.com/locations/Kyle.

uBreakiFix Kyle is owned by Ryan and Scott Heitmann, who plan to open a second store in San Marcos in fall 2019.
