The Texas Department of Transportation will close the northbound I-35 mainlanes from the 213 exit to the 214 entrance ramp in Kyle on Sunday morning, Feb. 21. The closure is scheduled from 6 a.m. until 10 a.m. and is necessary to allow the Kyle Police Department to perform a crash investigation.
All northbound traffic will be diverted to the frontage road at the 213 exit ramp and will be allowed to re-enter I-35 at the 214 entrance ramp.
Road signs will be placed alerting drivers of the closure. Motorists should allow extra time to travel through this area during the affected hours. TxDOT asks the traveling public to be patient and remain aware when traveling through the work zone.
