The TxDOT Austin District is overseeing the design and construction of Oak Hill Parkway. Atkins serves as TxDOT’s general engineering consultant, and Atlas will provide owner verification testing and inspection.
The Austin District plans, designs, builds, operates, and maintains the state transportation system in the following counties: Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Gillespie, Hays, Lee, Llano, Mason, Travis, and Williamson.

TEMPORARY FULL CLOSURE of westbound US 290 between Thunderbird Road and Circle Drive. Closures will last about 15 minutes.
Eastbound US 290 will be reduced to one lane between FM 1826 and Oak Meadow Drive.
Westbound US 290 will be reduced to one lane between Oak Meadow Drive and FM 1826.
CONTINUOUS TEMPORARY CLOSURE: US 290 entrance to Alister Oak Hill at Fox Hill Way will be closed. Drivers will be detoured to Circle Drive for access.
