The Board of Directors of the Onion Creek Senior Center (OCSC) in Buda has made the decision to close the Senior Center to all activities including exercise classes, dances, games, etc., during the week of March 16 – 22, 2020, due to concerns with the coronavirus and the safety of seniors.
The Center will be serving a take-out lunch on Thursday, March 19, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Board and Executive Director will reassess the situation weekly and keep members informed.
Members are advised to follow the instructions of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Hays Local Health Department to stay safe.
Members can also check the OCSC website for additional information on the status of the Center. Additionally, members may call 512-667-4516 if you have any questions relating to the closure, the March 19 luncheon, or for other assistance.
