SAN MARCOS – CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – San Marcos is expanding care and treatment for the children and families of San Marcos and Central Texas. In partnership with their sister hospital, The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio, the Emergency Department at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – San Marcos will provide enhanced pediatric and maternal services to patients.
This expansion of services will give families access to the comprehensive pediatric emergency and specialty experts from The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio. In addition to access and enhanced coverage, the new services will include:
As part of this partnership, KidSTOP outpatient services will also be provided. KidSTOP features lab and imaging services in a child-friendly environment to help ease the fear and anxiety some children may experience during treatment. There will also be direct access to pediatric specialists from The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio.
