JOHNSON CITY, Texas — At its July meeting, the Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC) Board of Directors elected officers for a one-year term. Board members reelected Paul Graf, District 6 director, to serve as board president and elected Emily Pataki, District 2 director, to serve as vice president.
The board also elected District 1 Director Milton Rister as its secretary and treasurer.
PEC’s board elects officers each year following the cooperative’s annual meeting.
At its annual meeting in June, members in districts 4 and 5 reelected Jim Powers and James Oakley to serve on the cooperative’s board of directors.
