JOHNSON CITY, Texas — Members of Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC) in districts 4 and 5 re-elected Jim Powers and James Oakley to serve on the cooperative’s board of directors. Winners were announced at the end of the 2019 PEC Annual Meeting Saturday, June 22, in Horseshoe Bay.
District 4 re-elected Jim Powers to continue representing them. Powers has served the cooperative for three years. District 5 re-elected James Oakley to continue representing them. Oakley has served the cooperative for six years.
PEC uses a third-party administrator, Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS), to handle the balloting process.
In addition to board elections, members enjoyed family-friendly activities and received a cooperative update from CEO Julie C. Parsley and Board President Paul Graf.
