Gem of the Hills Community Center 2233 N. U.S. Highway 281, Blanco, TX. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Closed Sunday. The DRC will cease operations Saturday, Aug. 1, at 2 p.m.
FEMA Mitigation Community Education Outreach
FEMA mitigation specialists are staffing in-store information centers at Texas home improvement stores and will have information in English and Spanish on protecting your residence from flooding and dealing with mold and mildew. Advisors will offer home improvement tips and proven methods of preventing or reducing damage from future disasters.
