Looking to adopt or foster animals from the local shelter? Here are the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter pets of the week!
Spread the word to help these animals find their forever homes.
Oh boy, oh boy, Cass (48207293) is ready for the next big adventure! He loves to walk on a leash, meet new people, and go for runs!
This bubbly 5-year-old Shepherd/Chinook mix as he’s never met a stranger he didn’t like.
Cass loves to give a nice big smile when he greets you, but be careful because you might fall in love! 55-pound Cass knows how to sit and can’t wait for his hooman to teach him so many more new tricks. Come meet him today!
Meowith (47927091) is a special needs kitty and a total stud muffin. He’s tall, dark, and handsome!
This friendly, loving boy has a bit of a wobbly back end, but he’s not bothered by it! We aren’t quite sure what caused the wobble, but he gets around and can even jump.
He just tips over every now and then. We find it quite charming! Meowith loves playing with feather toys and pipe cleaners and, of course, cuddling afterward.
This sweet boy is 2 years old and can’t wait to spend all his time with his new hooman.
Both pets are available for adoption at the San Marcos Regional Shelter.
To meet their pets, please visit in person at 750 River Rd, San Marcos, open from noon – 7 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and from noon – 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
