Looking to adopt or foster animals from the local shelter? Here are the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter pets of the week! Spread the word to help these animals find their forever homes.
What’s big and blonde and cuddly all over? Lucien!
This laid-back 6-year-old dude is super cool. He loves bacon and is ready to learn all sorts of tricks.
He enjoys playing with other dogs his size and meeting new humans with a smile and big tail wag! Lucien also likes to lean up against you for pets and head scratches and enjoys resting his chin on your leg. ADORBS.
Lucien would like to be in a furever home with a big yard and no cats or other small pets. Don’t miss this 72-pound cuddle bug! Adopt Lucien today!
Charmeleon is a big, 15-pound orange Tabby with the cutest pink nose! This cuddle bug loves being a big help and getting all the pets.
He likes playing with catnip toys and any other object that may be lying on the ground! He has a good sense of humor and tends to make the funniest faces when people take pictures of him! Charmeleon enjoys the slow-paced lifestyle where he can spend all day curled up in his soft bed, taking long naps. Come meet him today!
Both pets are available for adoption at the San Marcos Regional Shelter.
All ready-to-go pets (meaning cats and dogs that have already been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped) are $10 until further notice and include spay/neuter, vet exam, vaccinations, a microchip, and 30 days of free pet health insurance.
