Looking to adopt or foster animals from the local shelter? Here are the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter pets of the week! Spread the word to help these animals find their forever homes.
.
Willow has the perkiest shepherd ears! She loves playing outside and spending time with her favorite people.
This special girl is down for any adventure; walks, hikes, or even a road trip!
She walks great on a leash and is super loyal. She takes treats gently and is always in the mood for a puppuccino.
She can be picky about her doggy friends, but after a long day, she’s more than happy to cuddle up with her best two-legged buds!
.
Sampson is such a unique dude! Having one eye doesn’t stop him from living life to the fullest.
He might look a little rough around the edges, but he’s just a big sweetheart. He loves to follow his humans around and get a few pets in before it’s time to cuddle!
Sampson is a very talkative 3-year-old boy who will let you know when it’s time to pick him up and give him some affection.
He seems to be cat-friendly, but you can always bring your pet to the shelter to meet Sampson before you adopt.
Both pets are available for adoption at the San Marcos Regional Shelter. To meet our pets, please visit us in person at the shelter, open from noon – 7 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and from noon – 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
Or visit us online at www.sanmarcostx.gov/animaladoptions to choose an animal, fill out an online application, and then give us a call at 512.805.2650 to talk about it.
