Atseko Factor is in custody. He turned himself into the Seguin Police Department Sunday, June 13, and was taken into custody without incident.
He is being held at the Guadalupe County Detention Center.
Law enforcement is still currently seeking Andre Dupree Jack.

Seguin – The Seguin Police Department, working in conjunction with the Pleasanton Police Department and Sealy Police Department, have identified two suspects wanted in the connection of armed robberies at local pharmacies.
Police have identified Andre Dupree Jack, AKA “Dupree”, B/M, 38 years of age, as the man who robbed the 10-Minute Pharmacy in Seguin on Saturday, May 8, 2021.
At approximately 9:45 am, the suspect entered the pharmacy with a handgun, demanding drugs and money. A victim was tied up as the suspect fled the store in a white SUV with an undisclosed amount of prescription medication and currency.
On December 14, 2020, at approximately 9:45 am, Andre Dupree Jack and two other suspects robbed the Seguin Pharmacy located in the 200 block E. Court Street.
The suspects entered the store showing a handgun while demanding drugs and money.
The suspects then tied up the store employees before fleeing in a dark colored SUV with an undisclosed amount of prescription medication and currency.
During the course of these investigations, Detectives learned of similar pharmacy robberies that occurred in Pleasanton, Texas on October 31, 2020, and an attempted armed robbery in Sealy, Texas on February 12, 2021.
During the attempted armed robbery in Sealy, Andre Dupree Jack and Atseko Factor were both arrested after being found in possession of a stolen handgun, zip ties, and other items that have been used in the commission of this string of violent robberies.
Detectives have received tips from the community also identifying Jack as the suspect in this string of robberies.
Based on all the information developed over the course of these investigations, Detectives have filed the following charges:

This continues to be an active investigation. Both suspects are considered armed and dangerous. More arrests are anticipated as are additional charges.
“This has been a great example of numerous law enforcement agencies working together to solve a string of very violent crimes,” said Seguin Police Chief Terry Nichols. “We believe it is imperative to get these violent fugitives off the street quickly so that our communities can rest easier,” he continued. “We certainly appreciate the members of the community who have stepped forward providing tips that have helped lead to the identification of these violent felons,” said Chief Nichols.

A cash reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest or grand jury indictment in this case. Callers will remain anonymous.
