After closing for the summer to retool and find a new restaurateur, the Price Center has reopened its Tea Room operation for lunch from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. daily. In addition, the Center is also providing in-house catering services again.
“We’re delighted to be offering daily lunch again,” said Clay DeStefano, executive director of the Center. “Since opening in 2001, the Price Center’s Tea Room has been an integral component of the Center.”
Many San Marcos diners will be familiar with Chef Ray of the popular Euro Café he has operated for the past five years downtown. Euro Café is loosing its lease in its current location and the Tea Room locale provides a great option for him to continue providing lunch and catering services.
The reopened Tea Room now provides lunch five days a week vs. the previous three and features a variety of hot and cold offerings including daily specials, soups, sandwiches and salads ranging in price from $2.50 to $6.95.
For more information about the Tea Room or use of any of the Price Center venues, stop by daily, call (512) 392-2900, or visit www.price-center.org .
