He currently serves as assistant chief financial officer for Willamette Valley Medical Center in the state of Oregon.

Pridgen began his healthcare career when he was recruited to Adventist Health in California. There he held multiple financial roles at a hospital and corporate level.
Later he joined Community Health Systems’ Mckenzie-Willamette Medical Center and then Willamette Valley Medical Center—both in Western Oregon.
Pridgen comes to CTMC with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Walla Walla University and is completing an MBA from the University of Oregon.
Pridgen enjoys outdoor activities such as backpacking, paddling and cycling with his wife Kim. He replaces Jesse Sutton, who assumed the role as regional CFO for the Southwest region of Adventist Health system.
