Dripping Springs — Rep. Jason Isaac released the following statement on the killing of a San Marcos Police Department officer yesterday.

“I am deeply saddened by the reckless murder that took the life of one of our courageous police officers. It is imperative that we unite as communities and as Texans against such egregious acts of violence against the brave men and women who serve and protect us daily. My family and I are praying for peace and comfort for the family of this fallen hero.”
