Sounds of San Marcos Open Mic Night Next Monday
The first Sounds of San Marcos Open Mic Night is Monday, June 13 at 7 p.m. in Eddie Durham Park, 217 W. MLK Dr.
Local singer-songwriter Ashleigh Stone is MC of the free, two-hour event. The lineup features musicians Cory Mann, Doug Garrett, Michael Constantine McConnell, Kaci Taylor, and Dillon Hutyra and poets Debangana Banerjee, Kayla Brown, Victoria Kuykendall, and Kelany Brent.
This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase many of the established and developing entertainers of San Marcos on a warm summer evening. Those attending are welcome to bring blankets, snacks, and refreshments.
