Georgetown ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,510.
Austin was the second priciest with rent at $1,480.
Cedar Park saw rent jump 5% to $1,480 and rank as third.

Round Rock saw rent increase 3% to $1,380 and rank as third.
