Sage Spring Senior Living To Hold Groundbreaking Ceremony

On Thursday, May 16, Sage Spring Senior Living will hold the groundbreaking ceremony for its 90-unit, 74,000-square-foot luxury senior living community in San Marcos.

Leadership from Investcor, Bow River Capital and Integral Senior Living will be joined by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Saul Gonzales of the City of San Marcos, David Case, incoming Board Chair of the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce and the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors to mark the occasion.

Sage Spring will be a senior living community managed by Integral Senior Living, which will offer trademark programs such as Vibrant Life, Generations Memory Care and Elevate dining.

The senior community will also have a movie theater, bistro, beauty salon, chapel, library, yoga studio, wellness lounge, country store, sunrooms and more.

The groundbreaking ceremony will take place at 11 AM at 800 Leah Avenue.
