Salvation Army “Red Kettle” Appreciation Award To Gary Job Corps

The Gary Center has participated in the “Red Kettle” over the years to support the efforts of the Salvation Army for those in need during the holiday season.

Gary Job Corps was awarded a token of appreciation from the Salvation Army for the volunteerism during the Christmas season for the “Red Kettle” collections.

The Gary Center has participated in the “Red Kettle” over the years to support the efforts of the Salvation Army for those in need during the holiday season.

Students and staff of the Gary Job Corps have assisted in raising funds for many natural disaster events such as, Hurricane Katrina, earthquakes in Haiti, tornado’s in Moore and Norman, Oklahoma, and fires in Bastrop, to name a few.

Currently a fund raising effort will be conducted for the survivors of the Canton Tornadoes at the Gary Job Corps Center and Salvation Army San Marcos.
