San Marcos Animal Shelter hosts Annual Empty The Shelter Event….Residents are welcome to stop by and visit the many adoptable pets at the event.
The San Marcos Animal Shelter will host their annual Empty the Shelter event Friday, Aug. 18, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., at 750 River Road.
The shelter will offer a chance to spin the “Wheel of Adoptions” and award an adoption special to every guest. Specials include half-off adoptions and adoptions in exchange for $25 donations of pet food.
Local businesses and animal supply vendors, including Bush’s Chicken, Royal Canin, Mutt Strutt San Marcos, and the ASPCA will host booths with giveaways and snacks.
