The City of San Marcos will have construction crews in area neighborhoods starting Monday, April 15, to resurface city streets.

The slurry seal contractor, Viking Construction, will begin their street repair work next week for the El Camino Real, Blanco Vista, and Blanco River Village neighborhoods.

This repair work was delayed due to cold and rainy winter weather this winter.

Following the repair work, Viking Construction will begin the new slurry resurfacing work in the Westover, Franklin Square, and Sierra Circle Neighborhoods.

Residents can view a schedule of the work here.

For more information about the road maintenance project, contact the Department of Public Services – Transportation at 512.393.8036.
