San Marcos CISD To Spend Majority Of Meeting In Executive Session

San Marcos CISD will be spending the majority of their meeting on Monday in Executive session. Including Item VIII E is the continuing saga of Bonham Pre-K Construction Lawsuit/Settlement.

VIII.    Closed Session as Authorized by Section. 551.071 and 551.074 of the Texas Government Code

A. Discussion Regarding the Renewal and/or Extension of Administrators’ Contracts

B. Discussion Regarding the Position of Executive Director of Communications and Community Relations

C. Discussion Regarding TEA Docket Number 059-LH-02-2017 and the Termination of James Maxwell’s Term Employment Contract

D. Consultation with Legal Counsel Regarding Facility Usage Waiver for SMART Orchestra

E. Consultation with Legal Counsel Regarding Pre-K Bonham Facility Remediation Work and Legal Issues Associated Thereto
