The San Marcos Parks and Recreation department sponsored the San Marcos Corporate Challenge; the challenge pits local companies in sports competitions to claim the title of the “best in the city.”
The challenges started in February and went through June, with bowling, softball, volleyball, kickball, 2-ball basketball, horseshoes, billiards, darts, golf, tube race and finishing with washers.
The 2017 champions (over all winners) for Division 1 is the City of San Marcos, and Division 2 is Mensor.
Companies participating in the Corporate Challenge were; CFAN, City of San Marcos, Philips, Gary Job Corps, Altra Industrial Motion, UTC Aerospace, Thermon, Hays County Clerks, and Mensor.

The next Corporate Challenge will start in February 2018; we challenge you to come have fun, meet companies from the local area, and see if you can beat our champions.
