San Marcos Discovery Center Gives Presentation To SMCISD Phoenix

Representatives from the San Marcos Discovery Center gave a presentation about the San Marcos watershed to San Marcos CISD Phoenix students on May 9th.

Conrad Chappell and Victor Ma brought a diorama that illustrated pollution run-off. Throughout this year, Phoenix students have worked closely with the Discovery Center re-planting the banks of the river and distributing seed pods, according to the coordinating teacher Emily Madeley.
