San Marcos Fire Marshal’s Office Makes Arrest in Arson Case

The San Marcos Fire Marshal’s Office has arrested three men in connection with an early morning fire that occurred on Wednesday, April 9 at a home in the 1000 block of Sagewood Trail.
 
San Marcos Police Department and San Marcos Fire Department responded to the fire and found that it was isolated to the front porch of the home.  The residents of the home were able to put out the flames and get out of the home safely. 
 
San Marcos Fire Marshal’s Office conducted an investigation into the cause of the fire and determined it was intentionally set.   Three people were identified as suspects.   Ralph Colten Olle (09/10/1995) of Wimberley, Bryce Taylor Roberson (07/08/1995), and Augustine Angel Sosa (11/21/1995), both of Driftwood.
 
The men have been arrested and charged with Arson and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
