The Zumper Austin Metro Area Report analyzed active listings last month across 6 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents.
The Texas one-bedroom median rent was $1,070 last month.
Austin ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,470.
Georgetown was the second priciest with rent at $1,440.
Cedar Park saw rent jump 5.2% to $1,410 and rank as third.

San Marcos ranked as the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,020.
Round Rock was second with rent at $1,340.
Pflugerville saw rent increase 5.3% to $1,380 and rank as third.

Georgetown had the fastest growing rent, up 24.1% since this time last year.
Round Rock was second with rent climbing 21.8%.
Pflugerville ranked as third with rent increasing 20%.

Pflugerville had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 5.3%.
Cedar Park & San Marcos rents both climbed 5.2% last month, making them tied for second.
