San Marcos Police, Marshals To Launch Fall Warrant Roundup

The San Marcos Municipal Court will offer discounted fees for eligible cases before starting concentrated warrant enforcement Sept. 25.

Defendants with outstanding cases with the court are urged to contact the San Marcos Municipal Court immediately to avoid arrest.

Defendants who pay a case in warrant status in full will be eligible to get the $50 dollar warrant fee waived and, if the case is in collections a, reduction in that fee of $15.

The Municipal Court accepts cash, checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
