(SAN MARCOS, TX) –  San Marcos Premium Outlets is excited to announce the completion of four completely renovated restrooms, now open to better serve their loyal shoppers.

Located in buildings one and seven, all four restrooms were demolished completely back to the wall framing. All new interior walls were constructed of porcelain wall and floor tile with stainless steel edging throughout in addition to upgraded plumbing fixtures, granite counters, faucets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, lighting and entry/exit doors.

Features include energy efficient plumbing fixtures and lighting, baby changing stations in both men’s and women’s rooms and refreshed restroom lobbies, which include new floor tile, paint and select lighting. Water fountains were also replaced and water bottle filling stations have been added for shopper convenience.

Designed by RATIO Architects, Inc. and contracted by Cahill Construction, Inc., construction activity on the upgraded restrooms began in October 2016.

Additional shopper amenities include mobile charging stations throughout the center, Tesla and EvGo charging stations, reserved parking spots for veterans and expectant mothers, complimentary wheelchair rentals, a playground, a sales tax refund location, a nursing lounge and free membership to VIP Shopper Club with access to exclusive savings.
