San Marcos Premium Outlets Opens Remodeled Stores, Welcomes Spirit Halloween

San Marcos, TX — Simon, a global leader in retail real estate, is pleased to announce Spirit Halloween is now open and L’Occitane’s remodeled store opens soon at San Marcos Premium Outlets, adding to the one-of-a-kind shopping experience the center provides area residents and visitors.

Seasonal retailer Spirit Halloween has opened a temporary location near Michael Kors. This one-stop destination for everything spooky offers complete selections of costumes and accessories for infants/toddlers, children, ‘tweens, teens and adults. A broad assortment of décor and party goods complete the Halloween story.

Through the vast merchandise assortment and memorable visual presentation, Spirit provides a truly impressive, unique and unforgettable shopping experience. Additionally, a large portion of the selection is exclusive merchandise found only at Spirit Halloween. The 6,000+ square-foot store will be open through November 1st.

L’Occitane is slated to open October 7, following a five-week renovation to better serve its loyal customers. Located next to Prada, L’Occitane offers natural beauty products & organic cosmetics directly inspired by the south of France art de vivre & Provençal beauty secrets.

The 1,090 square-foot upgraded boutique features a new sunshine concept with vivid colors, warm lighting and a modernized layout. In honor of their grand reopening, L’Occitane will host a Ribbon Cutting on Saturday, October 7 at 11 a.m., featuring a balloon release, breakfast and beverages.

The first 50 customers will enjoy an exclusive gift with $25 purchase, and October 7 – October 9, shoppers will receive an extra 20% off on discounted items and a free 6-piece gift with any $50 purchase.
