San Marcos P&Z Considering New Mixed Beverages Conditional Use Permit For Kobe Steakhouse

Kobe Steakhouse is requesting a new Conditional Use Permit to allow the sale of mixed beverages for on-premise consumption.

During this week’s Planning & Zoning meeting they will be holding a public hearing and consider a request by Andrew Chen, on behalf of Joe Bendetti (Kobe Steakhouse), for a new Conditional Use Permit to allow the sale of mixed beverages for on-premise consumption.
