This week’s Pet of the Week is Lady! Lady is a 4-year-old female German shepherd mix who is great with kids, adults, and other dogs that don’t mind her being the alpha dog.
She does well on a leash, handles car rides very well, knows how to sit, and is very responsive to training. She loves to run and play in the yard, but she’s also calm and observant in quiet situations.
Lady’s adoption is sponsored by the Mutt Strutt Guardian Angels, so if you and Lady are a match, her adoption is completely free!
To find out more about Lady and how to adopt her, either stop by the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter at 750 River Road, or go online to www.sanmarcostx.gov/animaladoptions to fill out an adoption application.
