San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter ‘Pets Of The Week’

Every week, the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter selects the Pets of the Week to help animals find their forever homes.

Let us introduce you to Eowyn and Missy Kitty

If you are looking for a cat who will love you unconditionally, Eowyn is your girl! Eowyn is around two years old and has already successfully raised five fabulous and adorable kittens.

Now that she no longer needs to be the responsible “adult,” her true personality has started to emerge. Eowyn is playful, will purr loudly for treats and loves to be combed. This girl would do great in a quiet home with people willing to give her all the love and attention she deserves!

Meet Miss Kitty…

Miss Kitty is an all-around superstar! She is a three-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix who is potty trained, great on a leash, knows “sit” and “here” and makes eye contact when addressed by her name!

Miss Kitty has also had many positive interactions with other dogs while at our shelter. For anyone looking to adopt, this easygoing girl won’t require much of you other than love!

All adoptions include the pet’s spay or neuter, kennel vaccinations, rabies vaccination, microchip and city license. For more information or to adopt one of our Pets of the Week, visit www.sanmarcostx.gov/animaladoptions or contact Animal Services at (512) 805-2650.
