RECURRING WEEKLY CLOSURES

EAST SAN ANTONIO STREET — FARMERS MARKET
EVERY SATURDAY | 7:30 AM – 3 PM
Half a block of the street closed from the Alley to N. LBJ for the Farmers Market on the Square. Main Street Program 512.393.8430.

 

SHORT TERM ROAD PROJECTS

MCKINNON STREET | May 10 – 14 | 8 AM – 5 PM
McKinnon Street at Sycamore Street and Haynes Street will be closed for Valley Gutter Installation. For information on this project contact City of San Marcos Transportation Department at 512.393.8036.

CHEATHAM STREET | MAY 17 – 21 | 8 AM – 5 PM
The intersection of Cheatham Street and LBJ Drive will be operating with temporary stop signs for traffic control for maintenance work. For more information, contact Bryan Muery with Austin Traffic Signal at 512.393.8036.

CLOVIS BARKER ROAD | MAY 24 – JUNE 2 | 7 AM – 7 PM
Clovis Barker Road from Hwy 123 to IH 35 will have a single lane closure for roadway resurfacing. For more information contact, Public Services and Transportation at 512.393.8036.

OLD RANCH ROAD 12 | JUNE 2 – 4 | 7 AM – 7 PM
Old Ranch Road 12 from Craddock Avenue to Ranch Road 12 will have a single lane closure for roadway resurfacing. For more information contact, Public Services and Transportation at 512.393.8036.

GROVE STREET | MAY 12 – 21 | 7 AM – 5 PM
The eastbound lane of Grove Street at South Guadalupe Street will be closed for street improvements. For more information contact, New Age General Contractors at 512.649.9530.

LBJ DRIVE | MAY 12 – 21 | 7 AM – 5 PM
The northbound lane of LBJ Drive at Martin Luther King Drive will be closed for street improvements. For additional project information contact, New Age General Contractors at 512.649.9530.

 

 

LONG TERM ROAD PROJECTS

 

VICTORY GARDENS UTILITY PROJECT | MAY 2021 | 7 AM – 5 PM
Victory Gardens Neighborhood will undergo a new underground utility installation. The street and sidewalk closure will affect Patton Street, Knox Street, and Invasion Street. For more information call Darren with Cox Commercial Construction at 956.601.1645.

HOPKINS STREET | MAY 2020 — SPRING OF 2022
Hopkins Street between Bishop Street and Moore Street will be closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic for a Street Reconstruction Project. Traffic will be detoured to Craddock at both ends of the project, with only local traffic allowed. Phase 2 is starting and is extending the closure for local traffic from Bishop to Endicott Street. Phase 1 is anticipated to be complete by January and will open to local traffic from Mitchell to Endicott. The overall completion of the project is anticipated by Spring 2022. UHLAND ROAD | MARCH 2021 — JUNE 2021 | 8 AM – 5 PM
The Eastbound lane of the 1000 block of Uhland Road will be closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic for a Utility Line Relocation. For more information call HMI Utilities at 940.255.7705.

GUADALUPE STREET IMPROVEMENTS | CURRENT
