May 7 is the last day to vote in the 2022 Uniform Election. Citizens of Hays County will have the opportunity to vote on multiple state propositions and local school board positions. A full list of voting locations can be found below.
Locally, residents can cast their vote on multiple positions within the area including the Dripping Springs Independent School District Trustees, San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District Trustees, and Hays Consolidated Independent School District Trustees.
Those registered to vote will also have the opportunity to cast their ballot for two proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution relating to property taxes.
There are several voting locations around Hays County, voters can find a location near them by using the new Precinct, Vote Center Map, and Sample Ballot Finder tool from the Hays County Election Office website.
Voters can also review the sample ballot before casting their vote.
