On Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at approximately 2:14 AM, officers conducted a traffic stop at the 100 block of E. Hopkins and arrested Breanna Kilgore (3/5/1995) for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).

Kilgore was released on a $2,500 bond. Adams is being held at Hays County Jail; as of 12:57 PM, he had not been before a judge to set bond.
