SMPD Seeks Community Help Identifying 4 Suspects In Assault Investigation

The San Marcos Police Department is seeking help from the community to identify four suspects in a forced entry and assault case.

Around 3:35 AM on Sunday, Jan. 24, four suspects followed several females into the Aspire San Marcos apartments on Concho Street after meeting them at a local bar.

According to officials, the females felt uncomfortable and led the men to a male friend’s apartment in the same complex.

The suspects then broke through the friend’s door and assaulted five men who were inside the apartment. One of the victims sustained injuries that required surgery.

If residents know who any of these suspects are, contact Detective Davidson at 512.753.2315 or Tdavidson@sanmarcostx.gov.
