The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality today approved penalties totaling $257,499 against 24 regulated entities for violations of state environmental regulations.
Agreed orders were issued for the following enforcement categories: three air quality, one Edward’s Aquifer, two multimedia, two municipal wastewater discharge, three petroleum storage tank, two public water system, and eight water quality (stormwater).
Default orders were issued in the following categories: one petroleum storage tank and two water quality (stormwater).
