Texas State Track & Field Signs A Strong Early Recruiting Class

“We are excited to welcome our new Bobcats as they have achieved outstanding accomplishments at the state and national levels,” said Director of Track & Field/Cross Country Jody Stewart.

SAN MARCOS, Texas – In the early signing period for the 2018 class, the Texas State track and field/cross country teams made a big splash with its eight signees. Six rank in the Texas Top 10, including two No. 1s, while also adding two junior college standouts.

Joining the Bobcats in the 2018-19 school year are Ariana Ealy-Pulido, Kattiana Ealy-Pulido, Ian Carter, Ashley Frye, Jade Neal, Leslie Romero, Latoya Stewart and Katherine Stuckly.

“We are excited to welcome our new Bobcats as they have achieved outstanding accomplishments at the state and national levels,” said Director of Track & Field/Cross Country Jody Stewart. “We see everyone in this recruiting class making an immediate impact in our program at the conference level and achieving long-term success at the national level.”
