Texas State University Police Department has responded to a bomb threat at the LBJ Student Center on the San Marcos Campus. The building has been evacuated.
Students, faculty and staff have been asked to avoid the area. Classes and other university operations are continuing as normal. As a precaution, around 3:30 p.m., UPD has expanded the investigation to Jones Dining Hall.
According to the University Star, the university’s student newspaper, the threat was made to a “food service employee.”
