The Colony At Cole Springs Development Team To Host Community Meeting

The City of Buda announced Friday a community meeting will be held in the city council chambers regarding the Colony at Cole Springs.

The meeting will be hosted by the project’s development team and will begin at 6:00 PM.

The Colony at Cole Springs is a proposed in-city Municipal Utility District consisting of 531 residential units, located on the west side of Buda, south of Old Black Colony Road.

The development teams, Meritage Homes and M/I Homes cordially invites Buda residents to a community meeting to learn more about the project.

Public improvements proposed for the project include, but are not limited to, a new regional collector road, improvements to Cole Springs Road and Old Black Colony Road, public open space and trails, bike lanes and a new bridge over Onion Creek.
