The annual Friends of the Buda Library Book Sale is a holiday tradition.
Offering thousands of books of all kinds for all ages, the sale runs from Friday, Dec. 6 through Sunday, Dec. 8 inside the Buda Municipal Complex located at 405 E. Loop Street (corner of Main and Loop Streets).
Members-only preview sale is Friday night, Dec. 6, 5 to 8 PM. Non-members can become members of Friends of the Buda Library on Friday night if they want to shop early!
The sale is open to everyone on Saturday, Dec. 7, 10 AM to 6 PM, and again on Sunday, Dec. 8, 11 AM to 4 PM. Shopping bags are provided for shoppers to fill.
The more you buy, the better the value! One bag of books will cost $8, two bags for $15, three bags for $20, four bags for $25, and so on.
The sale also provides last chance for shoppers to buy raffle tickets for a basket of merchandise and gift certificates donated by local businesses and valued at $900 before the drawing at 3 PM on Sunday.
All proceeds from book sales and raffle tickets benefit the Buda Public Library.
