The Fun Continues For San Marcos Movies In Your Park On July 17

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on. Concessions will be available for purchase from the Association of Recreation Enthusiasts, and Kona Ice will be on site selling snow cones…

The City of San Marcos Parks and Recreation Department, in partnership with Grande Communications and Cricket Wireless, will show “Lilo & Stitch” for the next installment of  Movies in Your Park at San Marcos Plaza Park, 201 N. C M Allen Pkwy, July 17.

Pre-movie activities hosted by Angel Drops, Texas Health & Racquet Club, and other community organizations begin at 7:30 p.m. followed by the movie at 8:45 p.m. 

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on. Concessions will be available for purchase from the Association of Recreation Enthusiasts, and Kona Ice will be on site selling snow cones. 

Glass, Styrofoam, alcohol, and smoking are not permitted.  A complete list of park rules can be found at www.sanmarcostx.gov/parkrules.

The remaining movies are listed below:

  • July 24-“Toy Story”
  • July 31-“Coco”
  • Aug. 7-“Space Jam”
