This Week San Marcos P&Z Voting On Historical Districts, Self-Storage Units By Miller MS, 10 Year CIP Project List

This week’s P&Z meeting will cover expansion of a city historical district, approval of self-storage units across the street from Miller MS and the city’s 10 year capital improvement projects. 

Item 1.  This week the commission will also be reviewing a list that staff has completed of the city’s 10 year plan for capital improvement projects and their priorities. You can view these documents HERE. 

Item 2.  The commission will also hold a public hearing a request to “allow for the use of mini warehouse / self-storage at 2425 Hunter Road.” This requested location is on the corner of Hunter Rd. and Foxtail Run, where Doris Miller Middle School is located.
