SAN MARCOS, TEXAS – Help dreams come true by attending the 11th annual Hats Off For Hospice fundraiser on Sunday, April 12, 2015 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Texas Old Town in Kyle. “Hats Off For Hospice is a family BBQ event that raises money for CTMC Hospice Care programs including Dream A Dream,” says Lisa Adams, Community Relations Coordinator for Central Texas Medical Center. “The Dream A Dream Program grants a last wish to our patients, so that their last desire in life can be fulfilled. Wishes have ranged from hot air balloon rides to going to a Spurs basketball game!”
